 Brandy is the CEO and who has been in the dental industry for 15 plus years. Experience as a dental assistant, front desk, billing specialist to an office manager and now managing her dream business with Dental Billing Group, LLC. Brandy states, ''I have a passion for the dental industry and seeing how I can improve a dental practice is the best feeling I could ever imagine.''
''On my free time I love to be with my husband and our two boys! We love being on the water and have a need for speed- from racing our mustangs at the track to Jet Skis on the water. My family and I love taking random trips with site seeing and making memories. Photography is another passion of mine''  

  Caitlyn has been in the dental industry since 2014. Before joining Dental Billing Group, she was an office manager for the same office for 7 years. Caitlyn has experience with Eaglesoft, Dentrix, Dentrix Ascend, Open Dental, and is always expanding her software knowledge. She has done all of the back-end dental office tasks at some point in her career! She enjoys helping offices ensure they are able to spend their time taking care of their patients instead of worrying about verifications, claims, and billing.

Caitlyn lives in Maine with her husband Jimmy, their teenage children (Jake and Allie), two dogs (Goose and Maverick), and two cats (Thelma and Louise).
 

Hello, my name is Veronica, and I am blessed to be a part of this amazing team! I have dental office management experience as well as previous medical experience. It is important to me to always put patients first, make them feel acknowledged, and educate them from their dental insurance needs to the overall systemic health that dentistry provides! As your account manager, I strive to alleviate your stress in the office so that you can focus on the patients in front of you. I have been described by my peers and supervisors as reliable, resilient, a sponge of knowledge, and having a pure heart. 

When I am not attending to your office needs, I can be found camping with my husband and children, supporting them in their sporting adventures, or in the kitchen cooking and baking something delicious. Oh, and I can't forget my happy place, OBX!

 Brianne has been in the dental industry since 2008. She joined a family friend’s dental practice over a summer in college, and it was where she was meant to be.  Brianne has experience in both front and back office, giving her a full view of how an office should operate.  She  has experience in Open Dental, Dentrix, and Fuse. She enjoys the administrative work, especially cleaning up the insurance database and getting claims paid on the Aging Reports!  Dental Billing Group is a great fit for her, as it allows her to work in the field she loves and get to be more present for her family.   

Brianne lives in the Houston, TX area. She enjoys spending time with her husband and two growing boys; watching baseball (Go Astros!), reading and traveling to see family. 

Hello, my name is Rebecca, but please call me Becca. I have been in the dental field for 15 years. I began my dental career in a call center setting, quickly moving into a back office role as an assistant and eventually transferring to a front desk and insurance coordinator position. I worked in office, face to face with patients for 11 years before transitioning into a remote dental billing position. Working remotely while continuing to maintain a career in the dental field has been nothing short of a blessing. My ultimate goal and passion is to help dental practices be as successful as possible while instilling a personable relationship with their patients.
