What We’re Looking For
- 3–5+ years of dental billing experience
- Experience with Dentrix, Dentrix Ascend, Eaglesoft, Open Dental, Tab32, Archy, Curve and/or OrthoTrac
- Strong knowledge of claims, insurance payment posting, A/R follow-up and insurance verification
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Dependable availability during normal business hours
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
