  Hi there! My name is Rachael and I am a Certified Dental Assistant who fell in love with Dental Insurance/Billing 4 years ago. I quickly learned that I much preferred this aspect of dentistry more. I am highly experienced in Eaglesoft, Dentrix and Curve. I am very detail-oriented and dedicated to my work.

 I have 3 daughters, ages 10, 9, and (currently) 5 months who are my whole world. When I'm not working, I enjoy spending time with my family or going to restaurants and trying new foods.  

 I have been with DBG since Jan of 2022. I started in a small office as a patient coordinator in 2016 with no experience. The passion began to grow for dentistry for me over the years and I continued to grow within the company. I have worn very many hats over the years such as insurance coordinator, billing, admin, management, you name it I've done it! I have continued my education over the years by attending AADOM every year and local trainings. I am so grateful for this amazing opportunity with DBG. It allows me to spend more time with my husband, my 3 boys Phillip, Tayven, and Ezeriah & 2 daughters Anabelle and Mya. I'm able to attend all school functions, sports events and conferences. We love to do anything new as a family as long as it can include our 2 pups (Frenchie & Boston Terrier) watching football, and Traveling!  

    Hello, my name is Erica and I am so excited to be a part of this amazing team! I have 6 years of front desk experience. I have always enjoyed helping patients know the ins and outs of their insurance benefits. I also enjoy expanding my knowledge within the dental industry.
I live in Ohio with my husband David, our two daughters Laylah and Penelope, and our three dogs Dudley, Alro and Benji. I enjoy reading outside while my husband grills, watching movies as a family and taking walks!   

     Hello! My name is Wendy and I have been working in the Dental field for nine years now, exclusively with the Dentrix software. My role has always been in the front office with insurance verification being a key part of my responsibilities. I originally got my degree in medical insurance and coding but found dental to be my passion. 

When I am not working, I enjoy reading and traveling. I am married and we have two teenagers. When we travel we try to make it a point to never visit the same place twice so we can see more of the world.  

     Hi, my name is Sarah! I’ve been in the dental field for a little over 10 years and can honestly say I have truly found my passion! I enjoy the growth and expansion of knowledge in this ever-changing field, and helping offices stay up to date with everything that goes with it. I aspire to learn and grow and advance myself so that we can stay on top of all of your office's needs!

 I grew up in North Carolina, lived in Hawaii for two years, and have called Florida my home for the past 12 years. In my free time, I enjoy bonfires and cookouts in the backyard with my family, boating, mountain biking and going to the gym. I look forward to helping your office become their best with the help of the best company, DBG!    

 Kerry is our Dental Billing Specialist who has over 15 years of dental experience as an office manager and HR management. Starting with a medical background, Kerry decided to switch to the dental industry and knew this was her long term career path. Helping patients whether it's in office or off site brings joy to her knowing they are well taken care of.
Kerry enjoys spending time with her husband, children and two fur babies. She enjoys the outdoors and the beautiful mountains of North Carolina.
 

 Hi everyone! My name is Jenny and I live in VA with my husband of 15 years and little boy who is 6 going on 30.  I have been in the dental field for over 18 years now, and I really enjoy the insurance aspect of it!
I love to cook and bake, sing and play guitar. We are a homeschooling family on our way to becoming a homesteading family. If I could live anywhere it would be in the mountains of NC or in a quaint English village in the country 📷  
 

 Izzy is one of our Open Dental and Dentrix experts! Starting in a corporate call center, her career quickly excelled from the front desk to a billing coordinator and office management. The past 11 years of working in the dental field she quickly realized her this is her passion of helping others.
When not in the office, Izzy loves spending time with with her husband and children going to football games, adventuring outdoors, learning new recipes or relaxing by the beach. She has 4 small dogs that she loves to spoil.

 Hello, My name is Opal. I am a mother of 3 and a grandma to two beautiful granddaughters, My husband and I live in Arizona. I have over 30 years experience in the dental field ranging from front office, office management, billing and account receivables. I have extensive experience in Ascend, Eaglesoft and Dentrix software. Over the past 10 years my focus and strength has been in billing and revenue cycle management. I have experience in the private sector as well as corporation, overseeing 17 locations. I am so honored to be part of this amazing team!
